This Promotion, offered jointly by Blue Crab Inspections and Black Tie Termite and Pest Control, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion signifies your agreement to these terms.

1. Promotion Validity: This Promotion is valid only for home inspections performed within the state of Maryland. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalents.
2. Excluded Services: The Promotion does not apply to ancillary inspections, rental inspections, or condominium inspections. Only primary residential home inspections are eligible under this Promotion.
3. Non-Combinability: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers provided by Blue Crab Inspections, Black Tie Termite and Pest Control, or any other entity.
4. No Cash Value: This Promotion or any part thereof has no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
5. Eligibility: To qualify for the Promotion, participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Blue Crab Inspections and Black Tie Termite and Pest Control reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.
6. Limitation of Liability: Blue Crab Inspections and Black Tie Termite and Pest Control, including their directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from participation in this Promotion, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any promotion-related services.
7. Governing Law: This Promotion and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Maryland.
8. Amendment and Termination: Blue Crab Inspections and Black Tie Termite and Pest Control reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Promotion and its terms and conditions without prior notice at their sole discretion.
9. Entire Agreement: These exclusions, along with any other Promotion materials provided by Blue Crab Inspections and Black Tie Termite and Pest Control, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Blue Crab Inspections and Black Tie Termite and Pest Control concerning the Promotion.
