Water Testing

Water can be contaminated by natural, environmental factors and human activity. We recommend water sampling and analysis to ensure the safety of the water you consume.

Just about any mineral or impurity can be tested for in the water. However the most common sample group is called the Potability Water Sample, also referred to as “Chemical and Bacteria Testing.” Should there be a problem, water conditioning units are available for any impurity found in the water. Most lenders require the potability water sample, which tests for bacteria, nitrates, pH and turbidity.

Water Testing

If you have a home with a private well, you should have your water tested regularly to ensure clean quality water. This test should be done every year to check for Coliform Bacteria and every other year for Nitrates. All of our water testing is done with accordance to guidelines provided by the EPA.
